In 2023, 10,750 complaints were filed to the Utah Transit Authority. 1,483 were about cleanliness.
We spent a lot of time chatting with people on busses. See what they said to the right.
What if they could have confidence that bus poles were getting cleaned not just every day, but at every stop?
Busbuddy uses UV light to sanitize hand rails, riding up and down throughout the day.
